Today, we’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on one of our standout stars: Stoney Creek Colton, our 2-year-old Nigerian Dwarf Buck, who continues to make waves in the show ring.

A Rising Star

Colton’s journey has been nothing short of remarkable. This handsome buck has not only captured our hearts but has also impressed judges with his impeccable conformation, stunning coat, and undeniable charm.

Most recently, Colton made his Tasmanian debut at the Hamilton Agricultural Show on March 1, 2025, where he swept the competition, taking home:

What makes Colton’s success even more impressive is that he achieved these accolades while competing against 100% Nigerian Dwarf goats. At 87.5% ND, Colton proves that higher percentage ND doesn’t always equate to better conformation or showmanship. His wins are a testament to the fact that quality, structure, and adherence to breed standards are what truly matter in showcasing the best the breed can be.

Colton’s achievements at the Hamilton Agricultural Show are just the latest in a string of successes. Last year, we made the journey from Tasmania where he represented Rubi Miniature Goats at the prestigious Royal Easter Show in Sydney.
