Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide from Squeaking Point, TAS using Australia Post tracked services. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding pre-order items) and allow 3–5 days during new batch releases or peak seasons. Our flat rate standard and express delivery is determined based on weight of order (see table below).

Delivery estimates (once dispatched):
- Standard: 3–8 business days (metro faster, remote a little longer)
- Express: 1–3 business days
Packaging & sustainability:
Plastic-free, minimal packaging wherever possible.
Pre-orders & handmade items:
If your order includes a pre-order or a freshly poured batch, we’ll ship everything together when ready. (You’ll see any extended lead times on the product page.)
Address issues & missed deliveries:
Please double-check your address. Undeliverable parcels or re-delivery fees may be charged by the carrier.
Lost or damaged in transit:
If something arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can help.
