Refund policy

We attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible using the best courier option for the receivers location. In most cases we ship within 1-2 business days from receiving your order, if not the same day. This does not apply to pre-order orders. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as soap and creams) for health reasons. However, if you have any concerns with what you purchased please contact us and we will be more then happy to resolve the issue. 

Exchanges

Please contact us with any issues or concerns with your purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Refunds
Please contact us if you need to cancel an order you placed or would like it changed or varied. If you place an order and would like it cancelled before it is shipped we can arrange a refund.
